General FAQ’s

Find quick answers to your most common questions.
1. What services do you offer?

We provide a wide range of humanitarian and development services designed to uplift individuals and communities in need. Our core programs focus on access to education, child protection, basic healthcare, food security, and livelihood support. We also respond to emergencies with relief aid and help rebuild communities affected by disasters or conflict. Each initiative is driven by our mission to create long-term, sustainable change.

2. How can I get involved?

There are many ways to get involved! You can volunteer your time locally or remotely, donate funds or resources, start a personal or team fundraising campaign, or partner with us as an organization. We also welcome ambassadors and advocates to help us raise awareness about our mission. Visit our “Get Involved” page to explore all the ways you can make a difference.

3. Where are you located?

Our main office is located in 120 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10044, USA, and we manage programs across multiple regions worldwide. While our headquarters handle overall operations and strategy, we work closely with local partners and field teams to ensure our efforts are culturally relevant, effective, and responsive to local needs.

4. How can I contact your team?

You can contact us through several channels:

  • Email: bearsthemes@mail.com

  • Phone: +1 (234) 567 890

  • Online: Use our contact form on the website for general inquiries, press requests, or support.
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours during business days.

5. Are you a registered nonprofit organization?

Yes, we are officially registered as a nonprofit organization. Our registration number is [Insert Number], and we are compliant with all local and international nonprofit governance standards. This means your donations are secure and, in most countries, tax-deductible. You can view our transparency reports and accreditation on our About Us page.

Donation FAQ’s

Everything you need to know about giving and how your support makes a difference.
1. Is my donation tax-deductible?

In most cases, yes. We are a recognized nonprofit under [relevant law, e.g., 501(c)(3) in the U.S.], which means your donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. After you donate, we’ll send a confirmation email and an official donation receipt that you can use for your tax records. If you have specific questions about tax deductions in your country, we recommend consulting a tax advisor.

2. Can I make a recurring donation?

Yes, and we encourage it! Setting up a recurring donation allows you to have a lasting impact with manageable monthly or quarterly contributions. It also helps us better plan and maintain long-term projects. You can choose the frequency and amount, and you’ll receive regular updates showing how your ongoing support is making a difference.

3. How is my donation used?

We are committed to transparency and efficiency. The majority of every donation goes directly to funding our programs—such as providing school supplies, food, medical care, or shelter. A small portion is allocated to administration and operational costs to ensure effective delivery and oversight of services. We publish annual reports and financial statements to show exactly where your money goes.

4. Can I donate in someone else’s name?

Absolutely! Tribute donations are a beautiful way to honor a loved one’s memory or celebrate a special occasion like a birthday or holiday. During the donation process, you can select the option to make your gift in someone’s name and choose to send them a personalized e-card or printed acknowledgement.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple secure payment options to make donating easy and accessible:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (for larger or corporate donations)

  • Mobile payment apps (available in select regions)

  • Cryptocurrency (where supported)
If you prefer to donate by check or another method, contact our team for guidance.

Charity FAQ’s

Learn more about our mission, programs, and how we create impact.
1. What causes does your charity support?

Our charity supports a wide range of causes centered around human dignity and opportunity. These include children’s welfare, access to education, hunger relief, clean water, healthcare access, gender equality, and community development. Each project is carefully selected and designed to create measurable, long-lasting impact in the lives of the people we serve.

2. How do you choose which communities to support?

We use a data-driven and community-led approach. First, we assess regions based on need—looking at factors like poverty levels, education gaps, health statistics, and infrastructure challenges. Then, we work closely with local leaders and organizations to ensure that our programs are culturally appropriate and tailored to specific community priorities. We aim to empower—not impose—solutions.

3. How do you measure your impact?

We use both qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the success of our programs. These include metrics like the number of children educated, meals served, clean water sources built, and long-term changes in health and literacy rates. In addition, we collect stories and testimonials from the people we serve. Our annual impact reports are publicly available and reviewed by external auditors to ensure accuracy and accountability.

4. Do you partner with other organizations?

Yes, collaboration is a key part of our strategy. We work with local nonprofits, global NGOs, government agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and businesses to maximize our impact. These partnerships help us extend our reach, reduce costs, and deliver more comprehensive support to communities.

5. Can I visit a project site?

In some cases, yes! We offer limited opportunities for donors, volunteers, and partners to visit active project sites, especially in long-term or sponsor-supported programs. Visits are arranged under careful planning to respect community boundaries and ensure safety. If you’re interested, please contact us for eligibility and travel guidelines.
